It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing
praises unto Thy name, O most High. Psalms 92:1
Congregational Singing
As given in the story of Solomon in II Chronicles 5, the congregational song service is a vital part of the overall church service. During this part of the service, every person present is encouraged to sing out and "make a joyful noise unto the Lord." You might say, "I don't have a talent to sing." Well, this is the time for you! Grab a hymnal and sing for the glory of God!

Special Music
Another aspect of the church service is the special music. The purpose of the "special" is not to showcase or spotlight an individual or group but is to glorify God by using the talents He has given us. Paul made it clear that everything we do should be done to the honor and glory of God.
Choir
The church choir is always a blessing to sing with. As we sing, whether in congregational singing or in specials, the church choir is an important addend. The church choir meets each Sunday night at 4:30 p.m. in the main auditorium for practice.
Orchestra
On Wednesday evening services, our church orchestra accompanies our congregational singing. This ministry is to allow those whom God has given the ability to play a musical instrument to be a part of the Music Ministry.
5th Sunday Sing
On the months which have five (5) Sundays in them, we have a special part of the evening service. Before the preaching begins, those who would like to play an instrument or sing a special can do so. This is a great area to start serving in the Music ministry. It's a great time of encouragement for many!
For more information concerning the Music Ministry, please see Bro. Ben Sauceda for details. All music, instruments, and singers must be approved and scheduled.
